GTM Engineer

Hundreds of teams building autonomous agents rely on Judgment to understand how their systems are behaving post-deployment. When something breaks, they’re not stuck in reactive incident triage. They can see which behaviors are trending, which configurations caused regressions, and what to actually fix.

The Role:
The GTM Engineer builds the operational backbone for outbound and inbound customer pipelines. You will own CRM workflows, build structured outbound engines, and create pipeline automation that drives commercial growth.
What You’ll Do:
Design and operate outbound systems using CRM tooling
Create structured outreach workflows for high quality prospects
Manage inbound lead triage and data cleanliness
Build lightweight automations for follow up, segmentation, and qualification
Partner with founders on early sales motions
What We are Looking For:
Technical ability to automate workflows and manage CRM data
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience in outbound sales engineering or similar roles
Comfortable interfacing with customers and prospects
