ApplyThe Role:
Operations owns the systems that keep Judgment Labs running smoothly. You will manage recruiting pipelines, handle administrative and compliance workflows, and support founders in delivering great customer experience.
What You’ll Do:
Manage recruiting pipelines and coordinate candidate communications
Support payroll, legal, finance, and other administrative tasks
Maintain vendor relationships and handle onboarding and offboarding
Assist with customer success and ongoing account support
Build and optimize internal processes
What We are Looking For:
Strong operational instincts and high personal organization
Experience in startup operations, chief of staff roles, or similar
Ability to execute quickly and adapt to new challenges
Excellent communication and coordination skills
